Regardless of the recruitment solution we build for a client, the initial stage of engagement is implementation. We work with our stakeholders to clarify and agree requirements and scope, and build the solution infrastructure supported by various workstreams such as People, Process, Technology, Sourcing, Delivery and Reporting.

The Parisima Implementation Phase is key to ensure a successful launch and smooth transition into a Business as usual (BAU) environment. At Parisima we use a combination of Implementation expertise to include a structured Project Management Process (Prince2) along with dedicated Implementation and Transition resources; A blend of collective expertise at leadership level along with a highly experienced Implementation team combined with extensive experience of Implementing Global HR Advisory Solutions gives Parisima a strong competitive advantage.

Parisima’s six stage implementation phases are:

Planning – In the planning stage, the Implementation team meets with the Engagement key stakeholders to ‘kick start’ the journey to build a solid business partnership. Parisima define the governance and scope, agree the project plan, resources and workstreams.

Building – Once the scope and resources have been realised, the Implementation team work in partnership with our Engagements to build a collection of tools to promote a lean process, working manuals, compliance documentation and system configurations to name a few. Suitable change management and communication frameworks HR Advisory projects and Sourcing strategies are defined as part of the Build stage.

Testing – where a Technology platform, forms part of the Implementation Parisima will understand and define the system build and configurations, process enhancements, documentation and tools that require testing to ensure the solution is fit for purpose by removing duplication of efforts and moving towards a more efficient lean process.

Implementation – During the Implement stage, the Parisima Operational Team receives onboarding and training on the newly defined process, system and governance model as well as thorough education programme on our Engagements business products, service offering and way of working, towards the end of the Implement stage, the solution will go live.

Stabilisation – Following the Implement stage, the project enters a period of transition from the ‘Implementation’ to the ‘Operations’ team – the Stabilise stage. Discussing and documenting the lessons learnt during the project and the project closure are the key deliverables of the Stabilise stage.

Delivery – The Parisima Operational Team/Engagement Team is live in the final Delivery stage and maintain regular contact with the Implementation team to ensure monitoring of Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) driven process, governance, communication and reporting.

Continuous improvement initiatives are identified during the early stages of the Implementation Phase and factored into Operational Delivery, ensuring consistency and service excellence across all our recruitment solutions.
